§ 5-2-6-54. PERMANENCY OF GRADES.
   Land alteration shall be accomplished in such a way that the grades left at the time that the work is completed will be permanent and stable. The angle of vegetated cut and fill slopes shall not exceed three (horizontal) to one (vertical) unless a detailed slope stability plan is provided. Any areas of fill must be recorded on the record plat.
