§ 5-2-6-47. CONFORMITY TO OTHER LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.
   Land alterations shall be carried out in conformity with zoning ordinance requirements, covenants executed in connection with rezoning cases, commitments, variance ordinances, plat restrictions, building code standards of the administrative building council, and health code standards of the Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana.
