§ 5-2-6-42. STRUCTURES TO BE FREE FROM 100-YEAR FLOOD.
   Land development plans and the associated storm water facilities shall be designed and constructed such that all structures are located a minimum safe elevation above the 100-year water surface elevation based upon sound engineering judgment in accordance with regulations adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety and where applicable in conformance with the effective Flood Control Districts Zoning Ordinance of Marion County, Indiana.
