§ 5-2-6-39. CONFORMITY TO OTHER LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.
   Land alterations shall be carried out in conformity with Marion County zoning requirements, covenants executed in connection with rezoning cases, commitments, variance conditions, plat restrictions, building code standards of the administrative building council, and health code standards of the Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana.
