§ 5-2-6-16. ADOPTION OF STORM WATER MANAGEMENT MASTER PLANS.
   (A)   The Board of Public Works and Safety is authorized, but not required, to adopt storm water master plans which provide specific parameters or design guidance for control of land development to prevent or reduce adverse flooding, erosion and/or environmental impacts on a watershed’s natural storm water system and to existing and planned storm water management facilities.
   (B)   Action of the Board of Public Works and Safety to adopt, modify or remove the requirements of the storm water master plan shall be in compliance with this chapter regarding promulgation, repeal and modifications of regulations generally.
   (C)   A map identifying impacted drainage areas shall be retained in the office of the City Civil Engineer and shall be made conveniently available to members of the public during regular business hours.
