§ 5-2-6-5. SEVERABILITY.
   If any term, requirements or provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall, to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this chapter or the application of such terms, requirements or provisions to persons or circumstances other than to those for which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby and each term, requirement or provision of this chapter shall be valid and be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
