(A) All solid waste transport vehicles licensed under this chapter shall maintain a log indicating the date, source of waste, quantity and type of waste and the point and method of disposal of each and every load carried.
(B) The log shall be maintained and kept in the vehicle at all times and shall be subject to inspection by the Board at reasonable times.
