§ 5-2-4-3. PERMIT FEES; DURATION.
   (A)   For each permit issued to any person pursuant to § 5-2-4-2, there shall be paid to the City Controller the sum of $1,000.
   (B)   All the permits are valid only for the calendar year in which they are issued and expire on December 31 of the year of issuance.
   (C)   Renewal applications for the permits shall be filed no later than December 1 of the year preceding the effective date of the renewal permit and are subject to the same permit fee as required for the original permit.
   (D)   Approval of any renewal application shall be subject to the inspection of the solid waste disposal facility by the City Civil Engineer and Building Commissioner to ascertain whether the facility is in compliance with all applicable statutes, ordinances and regulations promulgated by the State of Indiana, Marion County, the City of Lawrence and any department or administrative agency of those units.
