(A) The minimum solid waste collection and disposal user fee shall be $15 per month for each household which receives garbage and trash collection service from the City of Lawrence Division of Sanitation and which is provided one collection container by the City.
(B) The 40% senior citizen discount and the monthly solid waste collection and disposal user fee available to one- and two-person households where one or both persons have attained the age of 65 years of age shall apply to the entire solid waste collection and disposal user fee provided in division (A) of this section.
(C) For each household that exceeds 60 bags of yard waste in a year, there shall be an additional fee of $2 per bag.
(D) For each household that exceeds one bulky item per month, there shall be an additional fee of $10 per bulky item; however the Board of Works may designate a timeframe as a "Spring Cleaning" event, during which time households may dispose of up to five additional bulky items without additional charge.
(E) For each household that utilizes an additional standard container for pickup, there shall be an additional fee of $1.25 per month.
(F) For each household that requires the replacement of an additional container, there shall be a charge of $60 per container.
