(A) The applicant and/or a representative of the applicant shall be present at the final hearing on any street construction permit application to provide the Board with any additional information required by the Board, as well as to provide the Board with executed copies of the inspection agreement required by this chapter.
(B) The Board shall, after execution of the inspection agreement, issue the permit to the applicant.
