§ 5-2-2-2. STREET CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION; FILING PROCEDURE.
   (A)   At or about the time of filing any application for plat approval with the Metropolitan Development Commission of Marion County, the owner of land proposed to be subdivided and platted into a subdivision to be located within the City shall file application for the permit required by this chapter, along with the permit fee therefor, with the City Controller.
   (B)   Street construction permit applications shall be filed in duplicate and shall be accompanied by two copies of each of the following:
      (1)   Application for plat approval;
      (2)   Prints of the preliminary plan;
      (3)   Area maps of the proposed site;
      (4)   Topographic maps of the proposed site; and
      (5)   Construction plans and specifications for all proposed improvements and installations, all of which shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements for the documents when filed with the Commission, along with applications for plat approval.
   (C)   The City Controller shall forward a copy of the application, along with its supporting documents, to the Board at its next regular meeting, provided that the application be filed not less than 72 hours prior to the meeting.
