(A) The power to make investigations and inspection of sanitary sewer and/or lift station construction shall be vested in the Director and his or her authorized representatives.
(B) Investigation and inspection of sanitary sewer and/or lift station construction may be made at any time by going upon, around or about the affected property.
(C) The investigation and inspection may be made either before, during or after the construction is completed and shall be made for the purpose of determining whether the construction has been accomplished in a manner consistent with the approved plans and specifications and the minimum requirements of the City.
(D) Persons working on or having control of the construction shall cooperate fully with the inspectors and shall have available a copy of the approved plans and specifications used to obtain the construction permit.
