§ 5-1-6-12. REQUIREMENTS FOR PROJECT ACCEPTANCE AND DEDICATION TO THE CITY.

   Sanitary sewers and lift stations will not be accepted and building sewer connection permits shall not be issued until all documents, as required by the City’s standard specifications, are submitted to the Department, including the following:

   (A)   Maintenance bond as required in § 5-1-6-7(B);

   (B)   Recorded covenant and easement documents as required in §§ 5-1-6-8 and 5-1-6-9;

   (C)   Certificate of completion and compliance as required in § 5-1-6-10(B);

   (D)   The completion of a final inspection as required in § 5-1-6-11 which confirms that the sewer has been constructed and tested in accordance with the City’s standard specifications, including a videotape of the results of any television inspection; and

   (E)   Sanitary sewer record (“as-built”) drawings in accordance with the City’s standards, which shall be stamped and signed by a professional engineer registered in accordance with I.C. 25-31-1.
