§ 5-1-4-11. RULES AND REGULATIONS AUTHORIZED.
   After the effective date of this chapter, the Board of Public Works and Safety may, by resolution, promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement and carry out the provisions of this chapter. Before any rules and regulations shall become effective, the Board of Public Works and Safety shall follow the procedures provided in I.C. 36-9-25.
