§ 5-1-4-2. CONNECTION CHARGE.

   (A)   Charges for connection to the City’s POTW shall be levied and paid as follows.

Hotel/Motel-Standard Guest Room	one bedroom and bathroom	$450 per unit
Hotel/Motel-Suite	Guest room with kitchenette, spa or second bath	$600 per unit
Hotel/Motel-Laundry		$500 each
Hotel/Motel-Kitchen		$500 each
Hotel/Motel-Interior swimming pool		$500 each
Residential single-family dwelling or residential condominium unit		$1,500 per dwelling or unit
Residential multi-family building	1-bedroom unit	$900 per unit
Residential multi-family building	2-bedroom unit	$1,000 per unit
Residential multi-family building	3-bedroom unit	$1,100 per unit
Residential multi-family building	All larger unit sizes	$1,500 per unit
Residential central or congregate living building	1-bedroom unit	$500 per unit
Residential central or congregate living building	2-bedroom unit	$600 per unit
Residential central or congregate living building	All larger unit sizes	$1,000 per unit
Residential central or congregate living building	Centralized kitchen	$4,000 additional per instance
Residential central or congregate living building	Units with kitchen	$500 additional per unit with kitchen
Commercial, industrial or other non-residential use building		$1,000 per acre prorated to the nearest tenth of an acre, with a $1,500 minimum charge
Swimming pools	Residential single-family	$200 each
Swimming pools	Residential multi-family	$2,000 each
Swimming pools	Residential central living	$2,000 each
Swimming pools	Commercial	$2,000 each

 

   (B)   These connection charges shall be paid prior to connection to the City’s POTW.
