§ 4-2-10-1. LOCATION OF AUTOMOTIVE SALES.
   Any and all automotive-related uses, including but not limited to new and/or used motor vehicle sales, shall be conducted on and at sites and locations which are properly zoned, granted an appropriate variance of use and/or development standards or qualified by valid pre-existing nonconforming use. Any and all such automotive related uses which are closed or terminated because of cessation of business, abandonment, damage to or destruction of any improvement or improvements on the property, sale of the property or business or for any other reason whatsoever for a period of 60 or more days may not be re-established or re-opened unless all standards and requirements of the applicable zoning ordinance or ordinances and the requirements of this and all other applicable provisions of law are satisfied. In addition, all automotive related sales shall be conducted only on and at sites and locations where the primary use is automotive sales. Automotive sales, whether continuing or random and from time to time, may not be conducted on they premises of other retail establishments, including, but not limited to, grocery stores and food markets, or at residence locations unless it is a vehicle registered to a licensed driver residing at the residential address.
