The information requested by and provided pursuant to this chapter shall be available to and accessible by all public safety personnel responding to any emergency call from or pertaining to the child care facility and shall be available at all times to the City of Lawrence Fire Department, Police Department, Public Safety Communications Department and Department of Public Works.
