§ 4-2-8-11. INSPECTIONS OF LICENSED HOTELS.
   (A)   The City Controller may have hotels licensed under this chapter inspected by employees of the City Controller or employees of other departments of the City government or other appropriate units of government to determine if the licensee is violating any requirements imposed by law upon the hotel. All boards and officials of the City shall issue the necessary orders to their respective employees to conduct the inspections requested by the City Controller pursuant to this section.
   (B)   All violations of law observed during any inspection of a licensed hotel or observed by police, fire, health, building, zoning or other officials in the performance of their duties immediately shall be reported to the City Controller and the Corporation Counsel.
