(A) The City of Lawrence shall conduct regular performance evaluations at least every three years during the term of the franchise to determine the operator’s compliance with the terms of the operator’s franchise agreement and the ordinances of the City, which may include franchise audits.
(B) The operator shall reimburse the City of Lawrence its expenses for conducting franchise audits and performance evaluations, if specifically required by the franchise agreement.
