It shall be unlawful for any permittee to own, operate or maintain an adult bookstore or sexually themed business without providing fair and adequate warning to the general public of the nature of its business by including the words “adult bookstore” or “adult museum” as a standard part of its title in the business advertising at the location of the licensed premises.
