(A) All employees of the licensee shall be 18 years of age or older.
(B) It shall be unlawful to permit any person subject to compulsory school attendance to be present in an adult bookstore or sexually themed business between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. while school is in session.
(C) No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted in an adult bookstore or sexually themed business after the hours established by state statue or local code for juvenile curfew, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
(D) No person under the age of 14 years shall be permitted in an adult bookstore or sexually themed business at any time, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
