§ 4-2-6-7. LIMITATIONS ON PERMITS.
   (A)   Only one business location permit may be issued pursuant to this chapter to any one person for any one period.
   (B)   A permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall not be transferable.
   (C)   In order to maintain the general appearance of the surrounding business community and to preserve property values, no adult bookstore or sexually themed business may be located within 1,000 feet of any similar establishment, including adult movie theaters.
   (D)   No licensee under this chapter shall permit any matter or performance within the licensed premises to be visible from any public thoroughfare or other public place.
