§ 4-2-6-6. DENIAL OF PERMIT; RETURN OF FEE.
   In the event that a permit application is denied after investigation of the applicant by the Board of Public Works and Safety, 25% of the fee paid by the applicant shall be retained by the City to defray the costs of processing the application for the permit and 75% of the fee shall be returned to the applicant.
