(A) Minors under the age of 18 years shall not frequent, loiter around or go into any arcade or pool or billiard hall between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, whenever school is in session, unless the minor is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
(B) It shall be unlawful for the proprietor or person in charge of the arcade or pool or billiard hall licensed by the City of Lawrence to allow or permit any minor to frequent, loiter around or remain within the establishment in violation of this section.
