§ 4-2-4-5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATIONS.
   The owner or lessee of any amusement device operated within the City of Lawrence, the owner or lessee of the premises wherein the amusement device is operated and the person in charge of the premises are individually and jointly liable for any violation of the provisions of this chapter.
