§ 4-2-4-4. REGISTER OF PERMITS; INSPECTION.
   The City Controller shall keep a register of the names, addresses and permit numbers of all permit holders. Any premises wherein the amusement device is operated is subject to inspection without notice to determine whether the provisions of this chapter are being satisfied.
