§ 4-2-3-8. VEHICLES ELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE.
   (A)   All vehicles used as taxicabs shall be a type of motor vehicle having four doors, a rigid roof, a rear trunk and seats, which are designed to seat four passengers plus the driver comfortably.
   (B)   No taxicab license shall be issued, pursuant to this chapter, for any vehicle which, at the time the license is issued, is more than ten years older than the current model year of passenger automobiles.
