In addition to the grounds prescribed by § 4-1-1-5, a permit or renewal thereof, issued pursuant to this chapter, may be revoked by the Mayor after notice and hearing pursuant to I.C. 36-4-5-5 for any of the following reasons:
(A) Any fraud, misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application;
(B) Any fraud, misrepresentation or false statement made as to the inventory, stock sold or stock on hand; or
(C) Conducting the business permitted under this chapter in an unlawful manner or in a manner so as to constitute a breach of the peace or to constitute a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public.
