§ 4-1-4-9. PERSON WHO HAS HELD SALE WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF APPLICATION NOT TO BE GRANTED PERMIT.
   Any person, firm or corporation who has held a going-out-of-business sale or other liquidation style special sale as regulated under this chapter at the location stated in the application within one year from the date of the application shall not be granted a permit under this chapter.
