§ 4-1-4-8. SURRENDER OF CERTAIN OTHER BUSINESS PERMITS.
   Upon being issued a permit under this chapter for a going-out-of-business sale or other liquidation type sale, the permittee shall surrender to the City Controller all other business permits he or she may hold at that time applicable to the location and goods covered by the application for a permit under this chapter.
