§ 4-1-4-6. PERMITS NON-TRANSFERABLE; VALID ONLY FOR ORIGINAL INVENTORY.
   (A)   Permits provided for by this chapter may not be assigned or transferred.
   (B)   Permits provided for by this chapter shall authorize only the sale of the goods described in the original inventory attached to the original permit application therefor, and no additional goods may be sold, whether under an original or a renewal permit.
