(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the following fines:
(1) First offense - $50;
(2) Second offense - $100;
(3) Third offense - $200; and
(4) Any subsequent offense - up to $2,500.
(B) Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) In addition to the fines stated above, violation of any provision of this chapter shall be grounds for suspension, revocation or denial of a permit.
