The Board of Public Works and Safety may suspend the permit issued under this chapter to any person, partnership or corporation for a period of up to one year or may revoke the permit of any person, partnership or corporation if one of the following is shown:
(A) The permittee made any materially false statement of fact on his, her or its application for a permit or on the records or reports required to be maintained and furnished by this chapter;
(B) The permittee has repeatedly failed or refused to timely abide by the reporting requirements of this chapter;
(C) Repeated violation of this chapter or non-payment of fines assessed under this chapter;
(D) The permittee has acted fraudulently in his, her or its dealings with other persons, partnerships, corporations or the City; or
(E) The permittee has failed or refused in any material manner to comply with this or any other ordinance or statute governing or regulating the business of secondhand dealers or pawnbrokers.
