(A) The authorized representative of the Fire Prevention Bureau shall inspect the building or structure and the Halloween amusement as often as may be reasonably necessary for compliance with applicable fire and life safety requirements for their intended occupancies.
(B) Such inspections shall occur after the issuance of a permit, during facility construction and during the permit period.
(C) Permits issued for Halloween amusements shall expire 30 days after issuance of the permit.
(D) Violations found during any inspection conducted by the City of Lawrence Fire Department’s Fire Prevention Bureau shall cause the amusement to shut down in accordance with I.C.36-8-17-9 and the revocation of the permit.
