§ 3-4-4-15. INSPECTION OF FIRE ESCAPES.
   Exterior fire escapes shall comply with the requirements as set forth in the rules of the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission. Certification by a professional engineer licensed in the State of Indiana to show compliance with this section shall be filed with the Fire Prevention Bureau upon order of the Fire Prevention Chief.
