(A) The Fire Chief, his or her designated representative or any law enforcement officer may establish emergency lines and limits and barricade or guard from the general public such emergency lines and limits. The Fire Chief, his or her designated representative or law enforcement officer may create an area in which only firefighters, law enforcement officers and those having a direct interest in any property threatened by the fire, explosion or other emergency, or other people or agencies at the discretion of the City of Lawrence Fire Department or the City of Lawrence Police Department, shall be admitted.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to cross such emergency lines or limits.
