§ 3-4-2-19. APPEAL FROM ORDERS.
   An owner or occupant who remains aggrieved by the decision issued pursuant to this chapter, and the matter involves a rule of the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, may appeal to the Commission as set forth by I.C. 36-8-17.
