Under I.C. 36-8-17-9 the enforcement of 675 I.A.C. 22, this code, or any other provision of this code which is within the jurisdiction of the City of Lawrence, the City of Lawrence Fire Department’s Fire Prevention Bureau may seek the correction of any violation or the elimination of any hazardous condition, by the methods specified in this code or by any other appropriate remedy or procedure provided by law.
