§ 3-4-2-9. CONCURRENT JURISDICTION WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE FIRE MARSHAL’S OFFICE AND THE MARION COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH.

   The Department of Metropolitan Development, State Fire Marshal’s Office and The Marion County Board of Health have concurrent jurisdiction with the City of Lawrence Fire Department for the enforcement of any other violation of this code in which:

   (A)   The City of Lawrence Fire Department has actual knowledge of such a violation; and

   (B)   The violation creates an immediate fire hazard, which endangers life, property or the public safety.
