§ 3-4-2-6. RECORDS, REPORTS AND REPRODUCTION FEES.
   (A)   The City of Lawrence Fire Department shall keep a record of all fires and the facts concerning them, including statistics as to the extent of fires and the losses sustained. The City of Lawrence Fire Department shall maintain files containing reports of all properties that have been inspected and all orders issued, of all complaints and fires investigated, and the location of all buildings containing hazardous occupancies. Such files shall be under the direct control of the Fire Prevention Chief.
   (B)   A reproduction fee of $2 shall be charged for a paper report. A $15 fee shall be charged for the reproduction of a VHS tape and or a cassette tape. A $5 fee shall be charged for each individual still picture taken.
   (C)   No charge shall be assessed for the reproduction of a paper report, VHS tape, cassette tape and or an individual still picture to any City, county, state and/or federal government agency.
