§ 3-4-2-1. FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU ESTABLISHED; JURISDICTION.
   (A)   As authorized by I.C. 36-8-17, there is hereby established a local Fire Prevention Bureau within the City of Lawrence Fire Department.
   (B)   The Fire Prevention Bureau shall have jurisdiction within the City of Lawrence.
