§ 3-3-9-6. TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETING INSTALLATION.
   Every owner of a residential dwelling shall have installed smoke detectors as required herein. Where smoke alarms exist in residential units, the warranty for the alarm and/or battery shall be with the manufacturer.
