§ 3-3-9-1. SMOKE DETECTORS.
   (A)   Smoke detectors shall be installed in an approved manner in all occupancies where required by the Life Safety Code, NFPA No. 101, or specified herein.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      SMOKE DETECTOR. A device which detects visible or invisible particles of combustion.
