(A) It shall be unlawful to use or permit the use of any automatic telephone device or attachment which automatically selects any telephone line leading into the communication center of the Lawrence Police and Fire Department or any other public law enforcement agency and then transmits any prerecorded message or signal.
(B) It shall be unlawful to sell or install any automatic telephone device which automatically selects any telephone line leading into the communication center of the Lawrence Police and Fire Department or any other public law enforcement agency and then transmits any prerecorded message or signal.
(C) Any person who violates this section shall be subject to the general penalties for violating this code as contained in § 1-1-2-3.
