§ 3-3-7-8. DISRUPTING PUBLIC MEETINGS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb or disrupt any meeting of the Common Council or any other City board, committee or agency or any other lawful assembly by shouting or any other form of behavior intended to be disruptive of the meeting.
