§ 3-3-7-7. LYING OR SLEEPING IN PUBLIC PLACES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to lie or sleep in, along or upon any public street, sidewalk, alley, building or other public place, except public parks.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to lie, sleep or otherwise remain in or upon any public park after the official time for closing of the park as established by the Board of Parks and Recreation.
