§ 3-3-7-3. POSTING OF NOTICES OR ADVERTISEMENTS IN PUBLIC AREAS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall post or affix any sample, notice, advertising matter or device calculated to attract the attention of the public to any lamp post, public utility pole, tree, shrub, building or any other structure in any public way or place, except as may be authorized or required by law; provided, however, that the Board of Parks and Recreation may authorize the placement in one or more public parks of any commercial or community service symbol or message which it may deem appropriate.
