§ 3-3-7-2. COMMERCIAL USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use any street, sidewalk or other public property or right-of-way as a space for the display of goods or merchandise for sale or to write or to make any sign or place any sample of advertising matter in or upon those public places.
