§ 3-3-7-1. DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   (A)   ADVERTISING MATTER. Any written or printed sign, poster, paper, card, circular, coupon, pamphlet or folder intended for general distribution, except newspapers.
   (B)   SAMPLE. Any package, parcel or item of merchandise intended for general distribution and for which no charge is made.
