It shall be unlawful for any person to place or store ashes, smoldering coals or embers, gasoline or other petroleum products, greasy or oily rags or any other material of a highly flammable nature or which is potentially capable of spontaneous combustion within ten feet of any combustible material, building or structure except in a suitable metallic or other airtight container.
